When you use our mobile applications (the "Operator App" and "Customer App") and our services (the "Services", which include the Apps and our Web Dashboard), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously.

Personal Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Apps, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Apps, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

Name and Contact Data: We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
Credentials: We collect passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Payment Data: We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor (e.g., Razorpay) and you should review its privacy policies.

Information Collected via our Apps

Location Information: We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services.
Operator App: We collect background location data even when the app is closed or not in use to track operator attendance and ensure shift compliance at assigned fuel stations.
Customer App: We collect foreground location data to help you find nearby fuel stations and for QR code validation.
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera for QR code scanning.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information collected via our Apps for a variety of business purposes described below:

To facilitate account creation and logon process.
To process fuel transactions and facilitate QR-based dispensing.
To track Operator attendance and shift compliance using GPS data (Operator App only).
To manage user accounts and provide customer support.
To improve our Services and develop new features.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (e.g., payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services).
